About:
Jennifer Bradley is a Houston born bicoastal choreographer, actress, educator, adjudicator and creative leader with more than a decade of experience spanning commercial dance, competitive dance training, convention education, studio management, film, television and live performances. Known for her dynamic teaching style and innovative choreography, Jennifer brings a unique combination of industry experience, technical training and genuine passion for developing the next generation of dancers. Jennifer currently serves on the teaching faculty of Innovative Fusion Dance Convention and Tribe Seven Dance. She is a former teaching faculty member of Fly Dance Convention. She is also a sought after national adjudicator who has worked with multiple leading dance brands across the country. Her teaching repertoire includes hip hop, jazz, jazz funk, contemporary, lyrical, heels, improvisation, meditation and body conditioning. She works with dancers ranging from beginners to advanced professionals while creating an environment that challenges students and encourages individuality, confidence and artistry. Her professional credits include performing alongside Usher and Chris Brown during The R&B Tour in Nashville Tennessee. She was also featured in an H-E-B commercial with the Dallas Cowboys. Jennifer has served as guest faculty at the University of St. Thomas where she taught the fundamentals of hip hop. In 2025 she was nominated for Choreographer of the Year by Platinum Dance Competition for her large jazz group choreography “Let’s Get Loud.” Jennifer developed her commercial dance training in Los Angeles at renowned studios including Edge Performing Arts Center and Millennium Dance Complex. She further developed her hip hop foundation in Houston under the direction of the artistic director of “I Am Me” from MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew. Her professional training also includes Planet Funk Academy where she studied hip hop, theater, film, costume production, jazz funk, contemporary, lyrical and jazz. Her performance career includes competing at World of Dance and performing alongside acclaimed choreographer Brian Friedman in “Controversy” an AXI Film produced by Shawn Welling. Jennifer later became a company director at Planet Funk Academy where she choreographed works presented at the Hobby Center, the International Film Festival and Great Day Houston. Jennifer’s commercial background extends beyond the stage. Through Page Parkes Agency she studied acting and film and developed extensive experience in commercial print and television. She has been featured in Health and Fitness Magazine, ENVY Magazine and has appeared in more than 15 music videos across BET, VH1 and MTV for artists including Shelley Harland, Paul Wall, Slim Thug and Rick Ross. Her choreography has been presented on stages and platforms including the El Portal Theater in Los Angeles, World of Dance, Monsters of Hip Hop, Miss Texas Pageants, the Super Bowl LIII celebrity event in Atlanta, Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Danscape at the Hobby Center, Houston Rockets halftime shows, Health and Fitness Magazine Expo and numerous regional and national dance competitions where her choreography has earned top recognition. Jennifer is also an accomplished artistic leader with extensive experience developing dancers and leading competitive dance companies. As the former Artistic Director of Alliance Dance Company, she led the organization to multiple choreography awards, top overall placements and exceptional artist development. Jennifer also served as the Hip Hop Director of RDC for five years where she led her company to four national championship titles, multiple top overall placements, recognition from leading industry professionals, notable entertainment awards and multiple choreography awards. Her leadership has consistently focused on developing well rounded performers while cultivating strong artistry, individuality, confidence and professional discipline. Beyond choreography and performance, Jennifer is an experienced studio leader and entrepreneur. After managing Millennium Dance Complex in Sugarland, Texas she founded Innovation by Jennifer LLC. Her company provides artist development and consulting services designed to help dancers, studios and creative professionals develop their skills and expand their opportunities. Jennifer’s greatest passion is creating meaningful connections through dance. She believes exceptional training is about more than learning choreography, it is about building confidence, developing artistry, understanding the industry and giving dancers the tools to recognize their own potential. Whether she is teaching a room of beginners, mentoring emerging professionals, leading a competitive company or adjudicating dancers on a national stage, Jennifer is committed to developing artists one eight count at a time.
