James Kelley

I am a singer song writer of inspirational and songs with a message. Currently I am a Public Speaker Instructor at a local community college. I really enjoy helping to mold the minds of our young leaders. Let me tell you a little more about myself. My name is James C. Kelley. I was born and raised as a Christian in Paterson New Jersey. Two weeks after graduation, I was off to boot camp for the United States Marines. After receiving an honorable discharge from one enlistment, I started my Civilian Federal Government career. I started out as a temporary helper. From there I was selected to be a four-year apprentice. I graduated from the apprenticeship program as a top-level journeyman in my field. Performing as an artisan for 14 years it was time to make a change. I went back to school and started working on my degree. During that time, I got married and had two beautiful children, a boy, and a girl. At the same time, I made a change in my career from a tool-box mechanic to a GS Industrial Engineer Technician (white-collar). My final first career job was as an Industrial Specialist Subject Matter Expert. I completed three degrees, my Associate's, Bachelor's, and Master I was blessed that my wife and children had the opportunity to attend all three ceremonies. I have a total of nineteen plus years as an Industrial Engineer Technician. Within those nineteen plus years, ten of those years I have been performing as a supervisor. I retired from Federal Service, counting my military time. I have completed three classes for my Doctorate Edu. I transferred over to the Ph.D. because my dissertation is focused more on the PH. D side of my pursuit of completing my higher learning journey.
