Irene Ford

I have loved gymnastics since I was 8 years old. More than two decades later, I still can't imagine life without it! I currently train and compete All-Around in Women's Level 9 Gymnastics, and I'm continually inspired by what dedication, strength, and perseverance can accomplish. As an advocate for adult gymnastics, I help manage the NAIGC Alumni Team, creating opportunities for adults to continue training, competing, and celebrating everything this incredible sport has to offer. I've also coached gymnastics, which has taught me to appreciate the sport from a completely different perspective. Coaching deepened my understanding of technique, body awareness, and the countless details that make great gymnastics appear effortless. I'd love to bring my gymnastics background, professionalism, and enthusiasm to a feature film. I learn quickly, take direction well, and genuinely enjoy being part of a team working together to create something special.
