Indy Robinson

I’m a Grade 10 (Year 11) student based in Dubai, UAE with a passion and love for acting and singing. I’m energetic, motivated, and always excited to be part of creative projects that help me to grow. I’m a confident leader, however I also work really well in groups and enjoy collaborating and working with others. In school, I am currently studying Chinese (Mandarin), which I have been learning for the past few years. I’ have performed in several school productions, starting with Fifteen Reasons Not to Be in a Play. I later was chosen to be a part of in Agatha Rex (two times), the first time playing the lead character’s sister, and then the second i took on the title role of Agatha Rex, which was a great opportunity to develop my confidence and stage presence. My most recent role was the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz, where I enjoyed combining character work with physical performance. I enjoy modelling for different brands and I love working in front of the camera. Modelling has helped me become more confident, adaptable, and aware of how to express myself through movement and expression. I am also very active in sports. I play golf and am part of my school’s football (soccer), netball, and selective athletics team. I have also done gymnastics from a young age, which has helped with my coordination and body expression. I love meeting new people and trying new things. I currently live in Dubai and have also lived in Thailand and Australia, which has helped me become easily adaptable and comfortable in new environments. I am always looking to keep learning, growing, taking risks, and taking on new acting opportunities.
