Helena Zapf

Hi, I’m Helena, 17. Modeling and acting are where I feel most myself — I love being in front of the camera, learning new things, and pushing myself creatively. I’m quick at picking up direction and memorizing text, and I always bring focus, emotion, and a strong work ethic to a set. Movement is a big part of who I am — I dance and train Pilates and yoga regularly, which gives me great body control, posture, and presence. I also play guitar and piano, which helps with rhythm and expression. I grew up in a small town near Berlin, and I’m determined to turn my dreams into something real. I’m curious, dedicated, and ready for every opportunity that helps me grow in this industry. Hey, ich bin Helena, 17. Beim Modeln und Schauspielern fühle ich mich am meisten wie ich selbst — ich liebe es, vor der Kamera zu stehen, Neues zu lernen und mich kreativ weiterzuentwickeln. Ich nehme schnell Anweisungen auf, kann Texte gut behalten und arbeite konzentriert, emotional und professionell. Bewegung spielt eine große Rolle für mich: Ich tanze und trainiere regelmäßig Pilates und Yoga, was mir ein gutes Körpergefühl, Haltung und Kontrolle gibt. Außerdem spiele ich Gitarre und Klavier, was mein Rhythmus- und Ausdrucksgefühl stärkt. Ich komme aus einer kleinen Stadt in der Nähe von Berlin und arbeite daran, meinen Traum Schritt für Schritt Realität werden zu lassen. Ich bin ehrgeizig, offen und bereit für jede Möglichkeit, die mich weiterbringt.
