I am a diverse actor with many stage appearances across Hertfordshire, including drama and comedy. My drama school was Dreams Unlimited in Stevenage. The book documents the story of a Roman soldier, and the campaigns the centre characters were challenged with were based around real events in history. I am a 4th Dan black belt and active member of Kumate Schools of Traditional Shotokan Karate (KSTSK), established in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, training four times minimum a week. I coach three times a week, and develop the lower-grade and higher-grade children and adults. I am the Dojo Captain of one of the schools, and the Sensei of another. I have won many gold medals and trophies in the sport throughout my life. In November 2021 I won the KSTSK Jane Bunyan Memorial Award for outstanding efforts in coaching and providing extra training to others outside class, whilst they headed for their black belts. I frequently uses the gym and run long distance on the weekends. My running skills led me to complete the London Marathon in 2014 and 2015. I am a film buff and avid bookworm with an excessive library of movies and books.
