Garrett Allen

Hi! I’m Garrett and I’m not going to waste anyone’s time so let me just say that I’ve always wanted to be an actor. I never had time to pursue any acting in high school due to my academics and sports (which includes both soccer and 5 1/2 years of karate in which I’m now a black belt) but now since I’m going to have the time, I’m excited to look for new opportunity! I’ve spent a long time with friends in drama that have extensive experience and am privileged to watch them and their techniques and have adapted a lot of them as well. I auditioned for a play and a musical my senior year of high school, and got accepted into a cabaret performance where I did a duet. I’m proficient in voices that include changing accents and impressions. Furthermore, I have a higher confidence in playing characters that are exaggerated in their emotion/performance. For example a character that is a bit of a psychopath that has fidget habits and bad impulses. Another example is someone who is overly happy and quirky all the time is another strong suit of mine.
