Frances Bailey

Born and raised on Eastern Shore of Virginia, Dr. Frances Ann Bailey is a Jesus lover, servant of Christ, an ordained Minister, Certified Chaplain, Actress, International Amazon Best Selling Author, Podcast Host, TEDx Speaker, wife, mother, philanthropist, and an Award-Winning Certified Coach and Certified Christian Counselor. Also known as the “Purpose Zeal Coach” is Dr. Bailey is the CEO of Frances Bailey Enterprises, LLC, the Founder/President of the nonprofit organization Red Door Empowerment, Chancellor of the school Purpose Zeal Academy and the founder of the Live Again Apostolic Ministries which a mobile ministry. Frances has her Associates in Administrative Support Technology, Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in CJ management, a Master’s in Public Administration, Doctorate in Leadership and an Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Trinity International School of Business. She also has her Masters in Christian Humanities and Doctorate in Theology from the School of the Great Commission Bible college. Frances seeks to help women who were once like herself to overcome life’s obstacles, break free from bondage and recover from life setbacks to keep their zeal for purpose. She also coaches and mentors emerging and established entrepreneurs on scaling to the next dimension in the marketplace and ministry. She impacts those around her producing books (her most recent book project signed a contract with TBN network and is globally around the world), birthing a podcast/show, certifying others to become coaches, business mentorship and professional development programs. Her most recent educational mentorship programs under her Enterprise are "Build the Youth"-which Impacts the emerging and future generation through business/entrepreneurial mentorship and "Build the School"-which helps others build their training academy/school from the ground up one course at a and achieve accreditation. Frances is a member of National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and ACHI Woman Supporting Woman Association Inc. She has been awarded the "Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the president of United States for her volunteer work in the county. She has also been awarded the “Iconic Woman “award and the Achi Magazine Woman of Influence award and has been a Virginia nominee for the National ACHI Magazine “Woman on the rise” and “Community Leader of the Year” awards. She has been awarded the United Nations Woman of Distinction award, Global Initiative Award, and Entrepreneur of the Year award from Courageous magazine. Frances recently was a top 5 nominee of the Kingdom Image Awards for the "Author of The Year and Influencer of the Year Award. Frances also was awarded the 2021 Influencer of the Year Glambitious Award and 2022 Coach of the Year award. Dr. Bailey was honored in the United Kingdom with the "Life Turn Around Award" at the 18th Annual UK and European Wise Woman Awards She was crowned2023 Mrs. Virginia - Woman of Achievement (1st runner up for Ms. US). Frances has also been been awarded for the State of Virginia as 2023 Mother of Year-American Mother. Dr. Bailey will be reigning as 2025 Mrs. US Woman of Achievement where she was crowned in California. She was honored with The Rise to Greater Heights award in South Africa, and with 2024 international business Oscar as American CEO of the year in Turkey.
