Erin Kelly

I have a real passion and love for dancing. Growing up dancing has always had a massive impact on my life as I would find myself waiting after school every day for the new episode of ‘The Next Step’ to be aired on the TV. Dancing TV shows really inspired me as a child as the world of dance came across like it was the best time of your life which caused me to fall in love with it. My ultimate ambition would be to successfully complete my studies at Dance College and become a professional dancer. Dancing for celebrities is my main goal as being a backing dancer on an enormous stage fulfils my future perfectly. Recently my passion and ambition to improve my dancing has became clearer as when Diversity had an Open Day for the community of Birmingham to involve themselves in the new studio space, I took this opportunity to travel down from Glasgow to make sure i didn’t miss out on this enormous event and to show my commitment and dedication to dancing with such a big group. This made me feel so included as dancing with them made me realise being involved in a team that are so encouraging is what i admire and want to work towards.
