Her entrepreneurial journey began with EJ Entertainment, LLC based out of Houston, TX. Once she transitioned to Atlanta, GA.....Profetik, LLC was soon created. For over two decades she has supported & developed models, entertainers, & talent nationwide. She later helped form 1108 Films & Mgmt. Co., LLC, a boutique production company focused on short films, documentaries, & music videos, based in Washington, DC with a small production house that resided in Atlanta, GA for a period of time. Erica has always expanded her production career through freelance work with notable organizations such as Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB), Fine Line Productions, Atlanta Hawks and Fox Sports Network; where she gained hands-on experience across audio engineering, motion graphics support, backstage operations, on-set coordination, & live-event production. Building on this foundation, she launched Tha Glue Productions, LLC, a multi-division venture currently in the branding phase. Created to be a full-service production hub, Tha Glue aims to provide staffing, crew development, project support, creative media services, & business solutions—reflecting Erica’s long-term vision of building a connected ecosystem for talent, clients, & creators.
