Emma Carr

Emma Carr is a Registered Division 1 Nurse with more than 20 years of experience across Intensive Care, Emergency, and Operating Theatre. Emma competed in the 1996 and 2000 Olympic swimming trials, the 1998 Commonwealth Games trials, and was a member of the Victorian swimming team for over 10 years. She is also a black belt martial artist, fitness professional, actor in short films, and mother of three who is deeply committed to preventative health and empowering women to build strength, confidence, and wellbeing. In 2006, Emma was the Miss Universe Victoria runner-up. Through her work, Emma has helped women and girls improve their health through practical education and resilience. She has also filmed content for public campaigns addressing bullying and racism, reflecting her commitment to community wellbeing and positive social impact.
