Emily Van Luit

Greetings! I’m Emily Van Luit, an aspiring actress eager to delve into the world of commercial and extra work. Although I have not ventured into professional acting before, my journey thus far has been defined by 11 years as a dedicated school teacher followed by 6 years as a K-12 principal. In June 2022, I embraced a significant change, moving from the picturesque landscapes of Colorado to what my partner and I refer to as “Paradise” in Central Coast California. Now, in 2024, we find ourselves temporarily residing in Fayetteville, GA, where my significant other is contributing to the magic of filmmaking at Trilith. With a fresh perspective, I am excited to take my first steps into the acting arena. My average looks and naturally curly hair bring authenticity and relatability to the screen, while my background in education has instilled in me the adaptability and collaboration skills necessary for success in any new venture. While I may not have professional acting experience, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to learning, growing, and contributing my unique perspective to the film industry. I am thrilled about the prospect of becoming a part of this dynamic community and exploring the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
