Elena Ghirelli

Elena Ghirelli is an Italian actress based in Genoa, bilingual in Italian and English, with training split between Italy and the UK. She studied at Acting Out drama school in Edinburgh, where she obtained an HND in Performing Arts from Trinity College, and has been developing her screen work through an ongoing series of workshops with Giles Foreman (2025–2026). Her screen credits include lead roles in the short films Così Simile a Te (dir. Sandy Zambone, 2024) and Specchio (dir. Ambra Di Sciacca, 2022), as well as music video work and stage productions ranging from physical theatre to contemporary devised work. She is currently represented in Italy by Marion Arras Talent Studio and is actively seeking international opportunities. With a background in molecular biology research, Profight-certified stage combat, historical fencing and a fluent English, she brings an unusual range both physically and intellectually to character-driven work. She is available to travel and relocate.
