Donyea Ruffin

To say I’m only one type of artist would be an understatement. I’m a multidisciplinary creative who acts, sews, sings, dances, draws, paints, raps, and teaches engineering and visual arts. Based in Atlanta, I thrive at the intersection of performance, visual storytelling, and education, bringing curiosity, culture, and intention into every space I enter. Whether I’m on stage, behind the scenes, or in the classroom, I approach each project with creativity, discipline, and a deep respect for the power of art to connect people. I hold a Master of Education in P–12 Engineering Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, and I balance my work as a professional artist with my role as an educator and mentor. I’ve collaborated with brands, arts organizations, and creative teams to produce meaningful, culturally grounded work, and I’m especially drawn to projects that celebrate individuality, community, and innovation. I’m always excited to collaborate, learn, and contribute my full range of skills to projects that value authenticity and creative expression.
