Darrell Evans

Native Washington, born in 1970, attended DC public schools where I was cast to be an Indian Chief at 6'1 in elementary. From there sports, and entertainment was my life. Base, Basket, and Football was how I filled my days, until I attended high school. While in school, I worked part-time in Georgetown hoping to meet a celebrity that could help me while attending Woodrow Wilson high school in DC. After high school I attended the University of Washington DC for TV, and Film studies are in the early 90's. Always seeking, years later, I attended The Studio Acting Conservatory. While studying there, I worked with well known local play writes that cast me in a variety of stage plays, and page to stage performances. This left me wanting more, so I attended H.B. Studios in New York just recently 2017, and studied under Michael Beckett, which I attended until the pandemic forced travel to halt. Since then, I have done BG on Starz: Power Book III: Raising Kanan; HBO's 'We Owned This City' which I have been cast for a several scenes. I have appeared in 1 movie with so what of an all-star cast: The Delrhonda 'Big 50' Hood Story, directed by well known DC radio host Russ Parr, where I play the role of Bulldog. This production aired on B.E.T. Full of energy, and always looking to show what I have to offer if the opportunity presents itself. ?
