I was born as a middle child to an older sister and a younger brother on Oahu, Hawaii and raised in Germany, Hawaii, and California. My ancestors are European, making me Czech, Croatian, and German at once. I am fluent in English and German, and because we travel so much, I’m learning Czech and Croatian at home, and Spanish in school. I am a very art oriented girl who loves entertainment such as theatre acting, dancing, and singing. Currently, I am a vocal ensemble member of Ohana Arts. Our recent performances were held at the Ala Moana and a nursery home in town. During the past seven years, I participated in a few musical theatre shows in LA, Germany and Hawaii, the most recent one being Hadestown at La Pietra Hawaii School for Girls. The stage has always fascinated me, especially during my four years dancing for Prisma Dance. I was always happy to be part of their beautiful Spring and Winter Shows. For me, the whole world is a stage anyways and I thrive taking as many opportunities as possible to work towards my dream of making my passion (acting out different characters) my profession. My mom transferred me from La Pietra to Mid Pacific Institute last year because of my hunger for the Performing Arts. MidPac provides the intensive Performing Arts program I need. Now I can dance ballet and contemporary five days a week during school, as part of their MPSA program and I can’t wait to add on musical classes again. Posing in front of a camera has always come instinctively to me and when my mom started talking about how much fun she had in her youth as a model, I couldn’t wait to experience it for myself. Visual Arts such as painting, drawing, and even designing and writing are another way I express myself. The world we live in is really inspiring for me so I try to always DIY on the go! In 6th grade I started to be drawn to fantasy stories that felt out of this world, which got me thinking: What if I write my own? Other things that I enjoy doing include swimming, surfing, snowboarding, archery, ice skating, rollerblading, downhill biking, cliff jumping, and playing billiard. I did club swimming at Mid Pacific last semester. A fun fact about me is that I have fun tricking my friends and teachers into thinking that I’m crying by practicing my fake crying skills. I can also mimic and quote characters pretty well so every now and then, I’ll break into something like a British accent. Overall, I am a life loving teen and I I’m ready to take a leap to the next amazing chapter in my life.
