Dani Raschel Chou is a Dallas-Fort Worth storyteller, podcast host, executive assistant, former city planner, runner, and proud Texas character. She has spent more than a decade around city halls, developers, executives, entrepreneurs, and community builders, which means she knows how to read a room, take direction, and spot a good story when one walks in wearing boots. As host of With Hat and Cattle, Dani interviews people who walk the walk and leave others better off for listening. She brings warmth, curiosity, professionalism, and a little Texas sparkle to everything she does. Off camera, Dani is usually training for endurance events, like Ironman Maryland, creating content for her Instagram page @unicorns.eat.pancakes, building community in running clubs, or laughing with her husband Bryan about whatever bit life has handed them that week.
