ENTREPRENEUR, AUTHOR, INVESTOR & ADVOCATE FOR WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT I'm an Australian entrepreneur, author, investor and mother of two boys. I've spent more than 25 years building my career in the insurance industry. I was born in Myanmar and migrated to Australia with my family when I was five. Growing up as the eldest daughter of immigrant parents taught me responsibility and resilience from a young age. I went on to establish Dynamic Insurance Services, building a business in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Along the way, I've faced challenges, questioned established practices and learned that standing up for what you believe in isn't always the easiest path. I'm also an angel investor, brand ambassador and author of Empower in Lipstick: Live Your Truth, a book inspired by my personal experiences as a woman, mother and entrepreneur. One of my greatest lessons has been learning that being capable doesn't mean you have to carry everything or everyone. I've learned to set boundaries, say no without guilt and stop measuring my worth by how much I can do for others. I've built my career while staying true to who I am, and I want other women to know they can do the same. Today, I'm at a stage in my life where success means much more than financial independence or professional recognition. It's about having the freedom to make my own choices, spend time with the people I love and live a life that feels genuinely fulfilling. If there's one thing I hope women take away from my story, it's that you don't need anyone's permission to believe in yourself, pursue your ambitions or live your truth.
