Retired National Park Service Ranger and Manager. I have 36 years experience in emergency services as a certified Emergency Medical Technician and Park Medic (advanced care) and as a trainer and manager of emergency provider personnel. I managed emergency service, search and rescue, and Law Enforcement programs in various National Park locations in the Southwest and Western US. Served as a Law Enforcement officer, Search and Rescue leader, and Firefighter (Wildland and Structural Fire for over 25 years while in the NPS.
