Courtney Johnson

Courtney is very excited to continue her roles in theatre. She is a professional Mermaid, professional princess, professional cosplayer, aerialist, singer, and actress. She currently works alongside East Coast Pirate Entertainment Company, acting as the mermaid, specializing in entertaining kids with circus acts and bubble magic, as well as swimming in aquarium tanks, pools, and open water. She is a certified Mermaid Freediver. Courtney studied education for students with special needs at the University of Delaware but has never failed to find any and every opportunity she can to perform and entertain. For fun, Courtney performs aerials at events near her and works as a music therapist for kids with special needs on the side. She wants to thank her mother for not only putting her in musical theatre and opening her eyes to the beauty of performance, but also for always supporting her passions.
