Claudia Hernández Surós

Clàudia Hernández is a Catalan actress who enjoys working with her body and multimedia. She trained at ESAD Eolia in Barcelona and Rose Bruford Collage in London. She has strong skills in communication , acting and creativity which enables her to archieve professional and personal goals. Having worked at a Spanish theatre company ("La Comedia de las Lalis") doing a tour in Extremadura, in a collaborative project with HB Studio from New York. Currently having the lead role in a film with a catalan director: Pere Vila Barceló, has helped her to defined her professional path and mindset. Clàudia Hernández is interested to work in a collaborative way, to find the limits of performance and post-dramàtic theatre. Meanwhile she wants to spread awareness of mental health at the same time using the performer, the audience and multimedia as main tools. Outside of the arts, she enjoys sewing, drawing, reading books about humans psychology and staying active to maintain a healthy body and psyche.
