Christopher Lester

I currently live in Athens, GA, but I have strong ties to Atlanta, GA. My athletic journey is deeply rooted in my commitment to fitness and discipline. As a proud member of the US Army National Guard for the state of Georgia, I maintain peak physical condition, knowing that I must be ready to serve at a moment's notice. I hit the gym at least four times a week, pushing my own limits while also inspiring others as a personal trainer. My role allows me to motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals and discover their true potential. Additionally, I have been practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu for the past three years, which has not only enhanced my physical abilities but also taught me valuable lessons in resilience.
