Hi there, I’m Chocolako, a world traveling nomad, who spent the past 10 years exploring yoga and human connection across Africa, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. My specialty is in energy work, a skill I began cultivating while working in the healthcare industry as a pharmaceutical executive in Lagos and London, and hospital administrator in Boston, MA 15 years ago. In 2016, I combined my healthcare experiences with personal development and human optimization practices to create Yoga Innergy, a school devoted to helping students breakthrough limiting beliefs, trauma and anxiety to create fulfilling and empowering lives on their terms. Yoga Innergy is registered with the Yoga Alliance, and I have over 1000+ hours of certified training around the world. My vision is to work towards a future where all people are empowered to fulfill their full gifts and talent through deep understanding of inner energy. My mission is to inspire the pursuit of integrative wellness and wholeness to elevate consciousness. I do this by connecting with many hearts, and walking in many shoes as a wellness and lifestyle coach, chocolatier, yogi and artist. Every day I wake up with two goals: 1) less force 2) more flow.
