Charl'e Bishop, also known as Lay Luscious, is a Haitian-American rapper, internationally published model, director, songwriter, singer, K.R.E. Multimedia Studio Director, and LGBT influencer from the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Despite facing numerous challenges, including homelessness, she maintains a positive outlook on life and uses her experiences to inspire others. With over 9 years of experience in the entertainment industry, she has become an unstoppable performer. Growing up, Lay faced corruption in American culture, including being raised by her aunt due to her father's continuous work. Her aunt's struggles with mental and physical illness, as well as involvement in gang activity, prostitution, and drug dealing, exposed Lay to harmful forms of manipulation and abuse. Seeking peace of mind, she began to pursue her artistic talents. At the age of 15, Lay shot an international Nike commercial and began to build her resume independently. She has since worked as a model for various brands and appeared in music videos for artists such as Ty Dolla $ign, Nef The Pharaoh, Saweetie, Priceless Da Roc, and Blac Zac. With her talent in writing and dance, Lay has also made a name for herself as a triple threat in the music industry. As an artist, Lay has performed with Stockton's own rapper Haiti Babii, showcased her talent at Chris Gotti of Murder Inc's showcase, and performed at the Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas for Las Vegas Pride. She has also worked as a producer, set designer, director, stylist, full independent investor, and casting director for her visually appealing music video "9LIVE$". Now residing in Atlanta, Lay continues to focus on her career and has even been featured on Young M.A.'s newest TV show. As the Director of K.R.E.
