Camila Jacquelle

Hello, good evening. My name is Camille Jacquelle, but I prefer to be called Camila Jacquelle. I'm 17 years old, born on October 16, 2008, in Nancy, France. I speak French, but I also speak English, perhaps not perfectly, but I manage and I work on it every day (I have a 17 average in English at school). The reason I decided to create this account and audition for your films, series, or other projects is because, since I was little, my dream has been to become an actress. It's probably everyone's dream, but I live in the theater, in role-playing, in characters. Since I was little, I've performed scenes in front of my family and friends, at school, in class, in front of my phone, and so on. Everyone told me I was talented and that I knew how to play characters well, so I decided I wanted to become an actress to make my family and friends proud, but also because acting is what I love most in life. I've done theater before, when I was little (4-7 years old) and when I was a teenager (15-17 years old). I couldn't continue theater in between because I lived in Tahiti, in French Polynesia, but I kept going in front of my mirror or alone in my room, playing role-playing games. I've also danced since I was little (4-17 years old): classical ballet for one year, hip-hop and contemporary dance for two years, and Tahitian dance for nine years (even though it's rare in America).Why do I want to become an actress? For many reasons. People think it's for the money, but not me. If I want to become an actress so badly, it's for the role-playing, as I told you, because I love being in the character's life, being able to bring them to life through me. I also want to become an actress so I can bring people to life on screen, make them dream, make them laugh, make them cry, make them scared, show them the bright side of life or show them that sometimes it's dangerous, help them forget their problems. I'd like them to watch one of my films and think that thanks to me, to us, to the film, they're holding on, that they too can achieve their dreams, that they should never give up because they've had a little problem in their lives, or because they think they have no chance of achieving their dreams. But there is a chance. And I want to show them that if I succeeded, they can succeed too. I want to be able to help them from behind a screen, to make them happy, like I did when I was a child, and for films to help me persevere in life, to find my way, to believe in myself and my dreams. That's why I want to be an actress; money won't bring me happiness. The only thing that makes me happy is acting in a film.
