Cole Howey has a huge, unique personality with a strong presence and loads of humor. He is intense, intelligent, and hilarious. He is also a very skilled martial arts instructor and wilderness survival expert. Cole began studying martial arts in 1993. Since that time he has studied many different styles of martial arts and movement. This includes Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Brazilian Jujitsu, Kali-Eskrima/Arnis, Jeet Kune Do, Keysi Fighting Method, Hapkido, and many others. His style is derived from multiple martial arts and concepts of movement of the body through space time. Cole is also a husband and father of four sons. His goal in life is to maintain health and happiness while influencing positive change in others.
