Additionally, Barnard is USCF (United States Chess Federation) District Chess Coach and the founder of the 501(c3) Nonprofit, Reach One Chess, Inc. ROC’s mission is to inspire the next generation of thinkers, through literacy, to become authors and storytellers themselves.
