From the earliest days of my childhood in Morocco, I discovered the electrifying magic of storytelling. On stage, in front of peers and family, I first learned the power of presence, the thrill of embodying someone else, and the transformative energy that theatre brings. Performing in local productions as a child, I didn’t just act—I lived a thousand lives in the span of a single play, learning that every role is an opportunity to understand the human spirit. These early experiences laid the foundation for my journey as an actor: a journey defined by imagination, courage, and relentless determination. In my teenage years, I transitioned from stage to screen, stepping in front of the camera for indie films in my hometown. These projects, though small in scale, were monumental in shaping my craft. Each indie film challenged me to explore the depths of my emotions, to navigate complex characters, and to collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers, and fellow actors who shared a singular passion for storytelling. From the quiet intensity of dramatic scenes to moments of levity and humor, these experiences taught me versatility, patience, and the importance of authenticity in every performance. Though I have yet to establish my career in the UK, my foundation in Moroccan theatre and indie film has prepared me to embrace diverse roles and tackle ambitious projects. I approach each character as a new mission—immersing myself fully, understanding their motivations, fears.
