I am a 19-year-old Division I female tennis athlete competing at UNC Asheville, and tennis isn’t just something I do—it’s been the foundation of my life since I was 3 years old. Nearly two decades later, that early passion has turned into a relentless pursuit of excellence. I’ve built my game through years of disciplined training, high-level competition, and an unwavering commitment to improvement. Every day, I push myself through a demanding, high-performance training regimen that includes hours of on-court drilling, match play, strength and conditioning, speed and agility work, and recovery protocols designed to keep me at peak performance. Early mornings, late nights, and constant repetition aren’t optional for me—they’re the standard. I take pride in my work ethic and the intensity I bring to everything I do. Whether it’s grinding through long baseline rallies, sharpening my serve under pressure, or outlasting opponents physically and mentally, I know I’ve put in the work to separate myself. Competing at the Division I level means embracing challenges, and I thrive in that environment. I’ve developed not just as an athlete, but as a competitor who understands resilience, discipline, and what it takes to win. Tennis has shaped me into someone who refuses to settle. I’m constantly raising the bar, holding myself to elite standards, and proving—day in and day out—that I belong at this level.
