Arvig Nymand

I am a passionate and versatile actor with experience in both film and television. I have participated in a variety of productions where, through physical presence and authentic expression, I strive to bring characters to life – both in leading roles and as a dedicated, reliable extra. Among the highlights of my film career are my role as the Viking warrior Arvig in the historical film Holmganga, and as an ambulance driver in the acclaimed Hvidstengruppen 2 – De efterladte (The Aftermath). I have also played significant parts in several short films, including Juleklokken, Overgang, Samfundet Støj, Et spil for gallerietand The Outsider– projects that have allowed me to explore both the intense, the vulnerable, and the raw sides of storytelling. I speak and understand both English and German at a solid communicative level. Originally from Sønderborg in Southern Denmark, I speak standard Danish with a natural Sønderjysk accent, which adds a distinctive authenticity to my performances. With my mature presence, strong work ethic, and ability to create genuine connection in front of the camera, I continue to work with dedication and passion on developing my craft as an actor. arvig-nymand.dk
