Anna Duvall

Anna Duvall, originally from Spanish Fork, UT, is a graduate from Brigham Young University with a BFA in Music Dance Theatre and the University of Northern Colorado with her MA in Dance Education. Anna is a teacher and company director over Mini Dance Company at Utah COPA. She also works as an Adjunct Jazz Dance faculty member with BYU teaching the beginning and intermediate level Jazz courses. She is trained in multiple styles of dance including Ballet, Jazz, Ballroom, Musical Theater, Contemporary, and Tap. When she attended BYU, she enjoyed performing as a member of BYU’s internationally recognized Ballroom team and performed for two years with BYU’s Young Ambassadors where she performed internationally (China) and domestically (California, Arizona, Montana). Additionally, Anna loved her internship with Open Jar Institute in New York City where she worked with Jeff Whiting and participated in workshops with several of Broadway’s directors and choreographers. Dance Credits: Colbie Caillat, David Archuleta, U.S. National Ballroom Championships Finalist in Amateur Cabaret and Smooth. Some of Anna’s favorite musical theater performing credits include: Beauty & the Beast, The Nutty Professor, Newsies, Hello, Dolly!, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Baz Luhrmann’s Strictly Ballroom The Musical with Hale Centre Theatre in Sandy.
