Hi! I’m Anna Black, an actor and on-camera host based in Los Angeles, originally from Louisville, Kentucky. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, where I developed my on-camera experience through programs like IUSTV, IU NewsNet Daily, and What’s Up Weekly. After graduating, I went on to work as a TV news reporter in Savannah, Georgia for WTOC (CBS), before transitioning into acting full-time. My background in journalism taught me how to stay grounded, think on my feet, and bring emotional honesty to everything I do on camera. Whether I was reporting live or hosting a segment, I fell in love with connecting with people through authentic, human stories —a love that naturally led me toward performance. Now, I’m channeling those same instincts into acting...blending the precision and truth of journalism with the emotional depth of storytelling. With over 15 years of experience in dance and live hosting, I bring energy, discipline, and passion to every project I undertake.
