Anja Young

ANJA YOUNG grew up in a military family where she got to perform around the world. She has received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Columbia College of Chicago. She has performed the lead role in Sesame Street/ USO Experience for Military Families National tour, performed the role of My Melody in Hello Kitty’s Supercute Friendship Festival First National Tour, and performed with Walt Disney World Entertainment. Anja has a strong background in teaching and choreography. She has helped run an outreach dance program in Washington, DC that helped changed lives through dance. Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority personally asked her to be the choreographer for their Little Miss Ivy Pageant. While being a casting director for Under Armour, she became a pro cheerleader for the Baltimore Shuckers. Currently she is running her athletic program called Young & Fearless Athletics, Trainer at Under Armour Performance Center, and Party Central Artist’s live energetic emcee and dancer. Anja is passionate about living out all of her dreams and is thankful for all the opportunities God has given her.
