I am an outgoing introvert with an incredible sense of how to cultivate and curate energy for dynamic environments. As a blended career woman, I can be both the lead engineer explaining the safety behind electronic contact lenses, or your upbeat yoga instructor guiding you through a HIIT flow sequence. I'm an endurance athlete by passion, with biking and running as my daily deliverables to peace. I love collaborations, working with clear direction, and permission to improvise. Very comfortable in my skin, and always open to playing dress-up as a new character.
