Anaiah Bussell

Hi! I’m Anaiah Bussell—a passionate performer, creative, and storyteller based in Tennessee. I’m currently a senior at Tennessee State University majoring in Mass Communications and Theater. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to act in a range of productions (Steel Magnolias, Finding Shy’an, The Osanos, and more) and also work behind the scenes as an assistant director, stage manager, and light technician. I love bringing characters to life and connecting with audiences through humor, heart, and honesty. Whether I’m acting, helping shape a story backstage, or collaborating with a team, I always show up ready to learn, create, and give my all. My ultimate dream is to work on Saturday Night Live—combining my love for comedy, sketch writing, and performance to impact people the way SNL impacted me. I believe in the power of storytelling to heal, uplift, and challenge the world, and I’m committed to using my gifts to do just that.
