Amelia Forster

Amelia Forster is 16 years old and based south of London in Surrey, England. She is a Drama A-Level student and performing arts scholar, currently starring as Fantine in her school’s production of Les Misérables. She previously stepped in to play Adelaide in Guys & Dolls on the day of performance, and last year worked as Stage Manager and Assistant Director for Shrek. She also appeared as Gertrude in Hamlet as part of the Shakespeare Schools Festival and has trained in stage combat on Broadway, New York. A strong and versatile vocalist, Amelia holds Grade 7 LCM Pop Vocals and Grade 7 Musical Theatre. She performs regularly at open mic Live Lounge sets and enjoys singing across pop, country, folk, choral, musical theatre and other styles. She plays piano, guitar, and ukulele, and writes and shares her own songs online. Her screen experience includes roles in promotional videos for Surrey Cricket and Girls Attack Netball. Alongside performance, Amelia trains in squad gymnastics, achieving WINSTRADA Grade 9 in floor, and has experience in a wide range of sports and creative activities. Academically, she studies Drama, Psychology, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics.
