Amanda Harnett

Hi, I’m Amanda Harnett, a professional beach volleyball player, eternal optimist, and lover of all things fitness and adventure. I’ve had the privilege of competing for Team Canada on some of the world’s biggest stages, including the Pan American Games, where I chased dreams (and volleyballs) alongside some incredible athletes. When I’m not diving for impossible saves or smashing spikes in the sand, you’ll probably find me at the gym, running trails, or working on my next big goal. I train 5-6 days a week to keep myself strong, fast, and ready to take on whatever challenges come my way—both on and off the court. But beyond the stats and training schedules, I’m all about connecting with people and sharing the joy of the journey. Whether it’s inspiring others through sports, collaborating with brands that fit my vibe, or just having fun, I’m here to make an impact (and maybe a little sandstorm) wherever I go!!
