Amaliya Brenneman

My name is Amaliya Brenneman, Amal for short and I’m originally from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. I’m ethnically Central Asian, which gives me a unique and versatile look that’s distinct from East Asian backgrounds. I hold U.S., New Zealand, and Kyrgyz citizenships, currently live in Kyrgyzstan, and can travel freely without visa restrictions. I’ll be in New York, USA, in November 2025. Having lived in four countries and traveled extensively, I bring a deep understanding of multiple cultures and perspectives. I’m an Interior Designer and creative professional with a strong background in project management and personal assistance. My career has been defined by innovation — from launching Kyrgyzstan’s first modern coffee shop and coffee roasting company to completing over 85 distinctive design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. I’m passionate about creating environments that tell a story, whether it’s a home, a set, or a brand experience. Beyond design, I’m also passionate about sports and acting. I snowboard, ski, roller skate, and play tennis. I trained as a professional figure skater for eight years during the Soviet era and enjoy dance, floral styling, and even cooking on camera. I speak English, Russian, and Uzbek fluently, and I’m a beginner in Turkish (with strong reading comprehension). I can also read Spanish and Italian. Thanks to my ethnically ambiguous appearance, I can authentically portray Arab, Hispanic/Latino, Turkish, Uzbek, or mixed-ethnicity roles.
