Ali Cochran

I’m Ali Cochran, a Honduran-American dancer, actor, and voiceover artist, residing in Miami, FL. I began my performance career in 2006, studying at Artistic Dance Center. I was classically trained in ballet, as well as contemporary, aerial arts, and other styles of dance. I later discovered my passion for acting as well, graduating from Doral Performing Arts Academy with a magnet in Dance and Theatre. I went on to receive my Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance from Florida International University and have since been working as a voiceover talent for dubbing studios here in Miami. Aside from performing, I have a particular love or teaching. I began teaching at my home studio at just 15 years old, and have since worked at several institutions with students from 4 to 16, training and choreographing routines for performances and competitions as well as giving one on one coaching for technique and performance quality. I have served as Artistic Director and Pre- Competitive Director, where I was in charge of choreographing & coordinating performances for my students as well as other administrative responsibilities. I now work independently with collaborators in South Florida to choreograph, direct and organize productions and competition performances, as well as offer private coaching services that are catered to each individual. I love being able to create a nurturing and uplifting environment for my students to develop their craft.
