Aida Mandić

Aida was born Aida Mandic on November 15, 1990, in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is the only child of Ahmet Mandic, a mechanical engineer, and Sanija Mandic-Zuko, a civil lawyer, who also acts as Aida's manager and secretary. Her parents are both of Bosniak descent. Aida's family escaped war-torn Bosnia and Herzegovina when she was very young. Aida is the author of 130 books. She used to be a refugee. She thinks that film and literature are platforms that can inspire invention and art.
