Abby Atkins

I'm a lover of film and drama since I was a child. I studied the performing arts in school and I was fortunate enough to partake in a Nida workshop in Sydney on a performing arts trip during my schooling at age 16. I received top mark's for all my performances, in my early drama day's. It has been many year's since I have studied and practiced this field, as life took me down another path. However I would very much love to study and and perform again if given the opportunity. I love to travel and meet new people. I value professionalism, honesty, kindness and integrity in all my workplace endeavours! One of them being a 5 star restaurant I started up with my family and managed with my husband. I have also spent 14 years dealing with the public in the Pharmaceutical industry as a service and retail manager. I was also runner up in excellence in customer service as one of my many achievements! I realise this has no connection with the performing art's, but I do believe you have to tailor your approach and temperament to all client's and their needs, and that in itself is a form of acting and wearing many different faces. I also come from a strong family line of singer's! My mother had her own band and is also a patisserie chef who passed her wonderful talents onto her five daughters; I being the youngest. If given an opportunity to study and practice in the field of the performing art's; I would be grateful and except any offers with grace.
