This role focuses on documenting real, unfiltered moments with a natural and storytelling-driven approach. The ideal candidate will create authentic video content that reflects the energy, connection, and atmosphere of each retreat.

Job Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video content during retreat experiences
• Document candid, natural moments and overall event atmosphere
• Create a mix of professional video and casual iPhone-style content
• Deliver both raw footage and selected edited clips
• Work closely with the creative lead to align with the brand’s vision

Requirements

• Professional videography experience, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or retreat settings
• Strong storytelling skills with a natural, documentary-style approach
• Ability to capture authentic, unstaged moments
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-moving environments
• Must be available for scheduled retreat dates
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work required
