Job Responsibilities:
- Perform in the stage production of Raymond Briggs’ enchanting book, “The Snowman”.
- Execute choreography with excellent ballet or contemporary technique.
- Demonstrate good acting skills along with warmth and charm on stage.
- Exhibit dynamic and energetic dancing throughout the performance.
- For male presenting dancers playing the role of “The Snowman”: Must be 6ft or taller, possess genuine warmth and charm, and be comfortable with aerial work.
Requirements:
- Male Presenting Dancers (The Snowman):
- Height: 6ft or over
- Warmth, charm, and comfort with aerial work
- Male Presenting Dancers and Swings (Other Roles):
- Height: 5ft 8in – 5ft 11in
- Excellent dynamic contemporary dancers with good energy and charm
- Female Presenting Dancers and Swings:
- Excellent energy and technique
- Some roles may require pointe work (please indicate proficiency on CV or covering letter)
Compensation:
- Salary will be commensurate with industry standards and experience.
