Job Description
A New York City talent search is seeking young musical theater performers for an upcoming open call. This opportunity is designed for talented children with strong singing, performing, or special skills who are interested in musical theater and live stage performance. Casting directors are looking for energetic young performers with confidence, personality, and a passion for the arts.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in a musical theater open call audition
- Showcase vocal abilities, performance skills, or special talents
- Perform material as directed during the audition process
- Work professionally with casting representatives and creative teams
- Attend scheduled appointments if selected for further consideration
Requirements
- Children ages 6–11
- Must be 4’10” or shorter
- Interest in musical theater, singing, acting, or live performance
- Strong stage presence and enthusiasm preferred
- Ability to provide vocal clips or special skills demonstrations
- Available to attend an audition in New York City
Compensation
