A student short film titled “Make a Wish” is seeking a talented and passionate SFX Makeup Artist to join the production team. This is an excellent opportunity for upcoming or experienced makeup artists to gain on-set experience, expand their portfolio, and collaborate with a creative filmmaking team in Carrollton, Texas.
Job Responsibilities

Design and apply special effects makeup to bring characters to life

Collaborate with the directors to achieve the creative vision for each scene

Ensure continuity and consistency of makeup across multiple shoot nights

Work efficiently during night shoots while maintaining a professional attitude
Requirements

Experience or strong interest in SFX makeup artistry

Must be available for night shoots on October 10th and October 11th

Must be local to Carrollton, Texas

Ability to work in a collaborative and student film environment

Bring personal makeup tools and SFX kit (preferred)
