Job Description:
An exciting casting call is open for two actors to join a one-day shoot for a rotoscope animation feature film proof of concept. This project is led by an acclaimed Canadian director and production team. Rotoscoping involves filming actors and animating their movements frame by frame to create a distinctive visual style. This opportunity is for the concept stage only and not the final feature.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform as the lead character during a professionally directed scene

Convey a sensitive and introspective character with depth

Work closely with the creative team to ensure accurate rotoscope reference

Commit to a one-day shoot in Toronto
Requirements:

Male actor, 18 years old

South Asian or South Asian biracial

Ability to portray a shy, cerebral, indie-type personality

Must be local to Toronto or able to self-report

Non-union actors only

Must submit headshot, resume, and demo reel
