Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a series of physical and mental challenges designed to test endurance, strength, wit, and strategic thinking.
- Engage with other contestants in various competitive and cooperative formats.
- Be filmed during competition phases, downtime, and confessional interviews, remaining engaging and authentic.
- Adhere to all game rules, production schedules, and safety protocols.
- Maintain professionalism and sportsmanship throughout the duration of the filming.
Requirements:
- Must identify as LGBTQ+ and be comfortable discussing aspects of personal life and identity on camera.
- Aged 21 or older (proof of age required).
- Physically and mentally fit to participate in high-intensity challenges.
- Must be single, or not in a committed relationship, as per the show’s requirements.
- Available to travel and stay at filming locations for the entire duration of the production schedule.
- No prior reality TV show appearances preferred, but not required.
- Must pass a background check and a standard medical examination.
Compensation Details:
- A competitive stipend will be provided for the duration of the show.
- Travel expenses, accommodations, and daily meals will be covered.
- Contestants will have the opportunity to win a significant cash prize, the amount of which will be disclosed at a later date.

We are looking for strong on-camera personalities to participate in structured real estate scenarios guided by a host.

Important: This is a simulated proof of concept. Talent will portray settlement recipients and an attorney to demonstrate the show's format and tone. The final series will feature real participants.
ROLES:
Homebuyer (Featured)
Cuban male, mid to late 50s. Big personality, expressive, and comfortable on camera. This role represents a high-value settlement scenario and should feel confident, opinionated, and engaging throughout the home search process.
Attorney (Supporting Role)
Open to all genders and ethnicities, 30–60. Seeking someone with a confident, professional, and authoritative presence. This role helps guide the settlement process and should feel credible and composed on camera.
Homebuyer – Mid-Range (Featured)
Open to all genders and ethnicities, ages 25 to 40. Looking for someone relatable and grounded. This role represents a practical homebuyer balancing wants and needs with a moderate settlement.
Homebuyer – Small Settlement (Featured)
Open to all genders and ethnicities, early 20s to mid-30s. Seeking someone practical, optimistic, and resourceful. This role highlights creative decision-making and budget-conscious choices.
