Job Details: We are celebrating International Women’s Day on March 8th, 2024, with a special radio broadcast. We are seeking dynamic and articulate women from diverse ethnic backgrounds to join our live radio program on Hot 107.9. This event aims to provide a platform for women to share their stories, opinions, and insights on matters that affect their lives and communities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare to discuss topics related to International Women’s Day, women’s issues, personal achievements, or other relevant subjects.
- Engage in on-air discussions with radio hosts and possibly other guests.
- Be available for a pre-show meeting to go over the show’s schedule, topics, and any questions you may wish to prepare.
- Follow the directions of the production staff during the radio broadcast.
Requirements:
- Must identify as a woman and be at least 21 years of age.
- Should have a strong desire to share her perspective and experiences related to women’s topics.
- Must be able to articulate thoughts and opinions clearly in a live broadcast setting.
- Comfortable with public speaking and able to engage in a respectful dialogue.
- Available to be present at the radio station on the specified date and time for the duration of the live show (7 pm-9 pm on the upcoming Friday).
Compensation:
- As this is a special feature for International Women’s Day, the position is voluntary. It offers a significant opportunity for public exposure and the chance to make your voice heard on a widely recognized platform.

We are looking for strong on-camera personalities to participate in structured real estate scenarios guided by a host.

ROLES:
Homebuyer (Featured)
Cuban male, mid to late 50s. Big personality, expressive, and comfortable on camera. This role represents a high-value settlement scenario and should feel confident, opinionated, and engaging throughout the home search process.
Attorney (Supporting Role)
Open to all genders and ethnicities, 30–60. Seeking someone with a confident, professional, and authoritative presence. This role helps guide the settlement process and should feel credible and composed on camera.
Homebuyer – Mid-Range (Featured)
Open to all genders and ethnicities, ages 25 to 40. Looking for someone relatable and grounded. This role represents a practical homebuyer balancing wants and needs with a moderate settlement.
Homebuyer – Small Settlement (Featured)
Open to all genders and ethnicities, early 20s to mid-30s. Seeking someone practical, optimistic, and resourceful. This role highlights creative decision-making and budget-conscious choices.
Additional Notes for All Roles:
- Strong comfort on camera is a must
- Natural, conversational delivery preferred over scripted performance
- Reality-style interaction and light improvisation involved
