A major retail kids photoshoot casting is seeking babies, kids, and families for a paid on-location shoot in Miami, FL (local hire only). This opportunity is open to families of all structures, including single-parent, same-sex, and traditional households. Adaptive talent is encouraged to apply, with preference for physical disabilities across the size ranges listed below. No live casting is expected—submitted photos will be used for selections.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a professional kids and baby photoshoot on set

• Follow simple direction from the creative team for photos and short setups

• Maintain a cooperative, camera-ready attitude throughout the workday

• For parents/guardians, support the child’s on-set needs and timing

Requirements

• Must be able to work as a local hire in Miami, FL (no travel provided)

• Must be available for fittings and shoot days scheduled in late January

• Talent needed in the following categories:

  • 6-month babies (must be able to lift head)

  • 6–9-month babies

  • 9–12-month babies

  • 12–18-month babies (max 32″)

  • 3T kids (37–42″)

  • 7–8-year kids (48–54″)

• Families needed:

  • Families with babies (3 mo, 6 mo, 12 mo) plus a 3T sibling

  • Open to families of all structures

• Adaptive talent encouraged across all size ranges (preference for physical disabilities)

Compensation

• $100 flat fitting fee

• $375 babies under 2 years (max 4 hours on set)

• $500 ages 2–6 years (max 6 hours on set)

• $750 ages 7+ (max 8 hours on set)

• $1,000 parents

• $750 additional usage if talent is edited into a CTV piece (if selected post-shoot)

• 20% agency fee

• Non-Binary (20–30)

  • Shoe size: 9.5–10.5 men or 7.5–8.5 women

  • Apparel size: Medium men or Small women

  • Must be comfortable running in size 10 men or size 8 women shoes

Compensation

• Fitting fee: $200 (up to 3 hours)

• Adult session rate: $800 (up to 10 hours)

• Adult usage rate: $3,000 buyout (guaranteed at booking)
