Position: Freelance Content Creator (Potential Full-Time Social Media Manager)
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality short-form and long-form content tailored for our audience. This can range from articles, video segments, infographics, podcasts, and more.

Engagement: Ensure that content is engaging, exciting, and entertaining, driving user engagement and fostering a sense of community among our audience.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of current industry trends, ensuring that the content is relevant and timely.

Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and social media team to brainstorm and conceptualize content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand’s voice.

Feedback Implementation: Be receptive to feedback, making necessary edits to content as and when required.

Potential Growth: Depending on performance and organizational needs, there is potential for this freelance role to transition into a full-time Social Media Manager position.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
- Strong understanding of different content formats and platforms.
- Ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team member.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools is a plus.
